e39 throttle body

Just a quick question.

Is there an E39 OE 1433 414 throttle body upgrade possible?

My throttle body is on the way out. Keeps dropping off completely intermittently and occasionally throwing eml and traction abs light,

Had car on computer last yr was lazy/ sluggish throttle body.

Cleaned it sparkly but electrics seem problem.

Just got one off ebay though would chance my arm, bad move one been sent totally sticky and will have to go back its way worse than the one i have.

So now thinking to plump for new one rather than chance another on ebay. Wondering if i can upgrade it as i have to buy new.

Its the half half cable/elec.
