Can Nav be added to factory system on '06 530xi?

I wish it had come from the factory with Option Code "S609A" Navigation system Professional. Can I buy the module/antenna and add them myself?
I just put a deposit on this car but when I ran the VIN code, this option wasn't included. Not happy. The car was part of a search that had NAV tagged but the listing didn't mention it so it's my own fault!
