Hi there, Im new to Bmw's.Just purchased an 07 530xi with 188k miles.I love the car so far outside or the normy oil leaks. I think i have those resolved now. I want to change the tranny fluid and the pan/filter..Is there any thing else i should do while im in there?. Ive read about a certain sleevemotronic? and some other rubber gasket that is rectangular and has like two rubber squares in it...

Yes it's definitely a good idea to do that part (Adapter: 24-34-7-588-724-M103) while in there. I recommend also replacing the sealing sleeve 24-34-7-588-725-M103.

Hi Casey, Thanks so much..I have read about doing the other 2 items. I will attack this project in the very near future. Do you only reccomend OEM ZF transmission pans/filters?.. I see a bunch of pans on the bidding site for little money..I only want to do this job 1 time)..
