Abs Light!!!

Hi every one! I am a new user here and also a new owner of BMW 523i ASE, E39, P reg.
I found out there is something wrong with ABS light, and I do not know why.

Normal time: When I put the key in 2nd gear ( The one before start engin) then ASC+T and ABS is come out and disappear one or two sec later.
ASC+T light and ABS light will come out and soon disappear after engin has start.

Now: ASC+T light is alright, like normal time. But ABS light is not come out after engin has start. When I put the key in 2nd gear ( The one before start engin) then ASC+T and ABS is come out and disappear one or two sec later.

I has had pull out the battery from the boot and fully charged. Because I need go to another country for holiday, so I lift the battry at home. After 3 or 4 weeks holiday I put the battery back to my car again, then I found that problem.
So, is that because of the battery to too much power then made some fuses gone? or something else couse that problem? If because of some fuse was gone then the ABS should never come out again even the key at any gear, right?

But even the ABS light come out or not after the engin was start the ABS system is working normaly.

Howevry every day when I first time turn on the engin the ABS light is like normal time, but later is not alright. I checked all the fuses and they are alright, and top-up the brake oil (DOT 4, BMW made) to the MAX, but the problem still here.
