BMW 850i, Running super rich, sensors????

I read somewhere that someone had a problem similar and it was the coolant temp sensor that was saying it was like -150* causing it to add an insane amount of fuel, not just oh thats rich but like double the fuel. it has just enough power to move 2mph around the garage.

This is the sensor https://www.ebay.com/itm/FOR-BMW-E36-E34-E38-Engine-Coolant-Water-Temperature-Sender-Sensor-12621747281/272069709138?hash=item3f589e4d52%3Ag%3AaOsAAOSw-wJaEnla&LH_BIN=1

But I cannot find where it is. it is a 1991 if that matters. please help!
The sensor should be on the block somewhere...

I cant see exactly but is this it? its attached to the intake manifold tho so I presume it was an air temp sensor as there is one on both sides.
