Got new key and now seat and wheel don't move

Greetings. I recently got an '01 750iL and am still learning quite a bit about it.

Yesterday I went to the dealer to pick up a second key for the car that I just ordered. They programmed the key and sent me on my way. I didn't immediately realize it, but when I got in the car the steering wheel didnt come down to me. Once I got home I realized that the steering wheel movements and the driver's seat movements are all dead. I know for a fact they were working fine before I got the second key but now even with the original key they're out.

I'm not much for coincidences, has anyone heard of this occurring before?

BTW, if anyone has a link to an English language TIS I'd be extremely grateful - so far I've found a Spanish and German version.
