Vacuum connection & Window motor - 633 Csi

Where is a good location for connecting a vacuum gauge on an '83 633 ? I see plenty of lines but no intake manifold connection that makes it easy.

Second question - I pulled the driver-side motor (only) out because it no longer worked. The lower bearings were shot from corrosion. Is there any advice on installation of a replacement motor / gearbox ? Do I need to calibrate the motor position so it does not attempt to drive the window too far up or down ?

Thanks !

I would pick a vac line that is convenient and that you have the proper T fittings for.

Dunno about the motor install but if you pulled the old one out then I'd say "installation is reverse of removal". :)

There should not be any mechanical calibration but is suspect you hold the switch in the up position for about 10 seconds after ti is fully up to have the system relearn the top of the travel.

On my 84 model, there is a vacuum fitting up and under the intake towards the front of the botton large part of the intake, mine has a hose on it that i havent found any place for it anywhere.
