Looking to buy 1991 750IL leather seats, other parts, advice?

Looking for 750il leather sets, especially driver (has seat twisted), also curious if any other parts out there for sale. Advice about general service?

I got a great deal on this car, however, no service records . Clean title. Car driver very well, I think prob needs tie rod/bushing replaced, other than that pretty fine overall. Got used car 50+ point inspection and all fine except the tie rod/bushing. There is a little rust on the exterior door panels on driver and passenger side (best way to deal with?)

Besides leather seats, also interested in what you guys suggest you would do with such a vehicle and no service records. It has ~135K miles and like I say runs great. I've driven a few hundred miles on it already and all is fine. First thing I did is change the oil of course.

Can anyone recommend a good mechanic in the Dayton Ohio area as well?
