I purchased a very clean, stock 1987 635CSi about six years ago from the original owner's son. He stated that the car came with HRE multi-piece wheels when it was purchased.
My question is... could this be true as maybe a factory or dealer option? If not, and the wheels were placed on the car at a later date, I would like to sell them. I know they were rather expensive wheels when new and are in great shape now. That said I simply like the looks of the stock BBS much more. Odd I know, but quite true.
