oil pressure sending switch
Can anyone tell me where the sender switch is for a 85 825e??
supposed to be behind cylinder head at the firewall cant see at all. thanks

okay so it was early morning when I wrote this thing, it is a 528e must be dislexic.......
My dads friend who buys them out of salvage yard said it was behind head near the firewall. I have look around and the oil filter is in front of engine... |

Your dad's friend is correct. the sender is located on the rear of the head. What's the problem? BTW there is also an oil level sender in the oil pan. It's wired into the overhead console.

well I am going to look again this weekend I have not been able to find it but then maybe it is covered in grime although I keep the engine clean. One more shot to find it I guess
