This question was already replied on BF, but here again, NGK BKR6EK (2288) although officially not listed for the M70, but we use them.

It is the spark plug which all of the 850i guys use when they want to find a close-to-stock Bosch replacement and want to keep the impedance down; that's how I came across using them.
