2006 BMW M5 for Sale $15,500 OBO
2006 BMW M5 with SMG transmission for sale. I’ve owned it since January 2020 and currently has 82,900 miles. This will continue to increase as I drive the vehicle one to two days per week. This 2006 M5 has a V10 rated at 500 horsepower and comes with an RPI aftermarket exhaust. I have the Carfax report from when I purchased the vehicle and will be happy to show to any potential buyers. BMW of Fairfax replaced the transmission at 60,500 miles and I have a copy of this repair receipt (12K total). Recently, at 82,150 miles, I replaced the SMG pump and SMG control module (2.2K total). Other than a loose exhaust pipe and a front strut issue I’m not aware of any other repairs needed.
Overall, this is a solid M5 and I would encourage any potential buyer to have a PPI done (at their expense) if they are serious about buying. This thing drives and handles extremely well and goes like a freight train up to the 8200 RPM redline. Car has a few paint chips and some slight wear to the interior but overall presents very well for a 14-year-old car. Feel free to send me a PM with any questions and I can send additional photos.
