**I will upload better photos this weekend**

I am reluctantly selling my wagon. It is a bit of a unicorn given the specification: manual, slicktop, RWD, color combination, and tasteful modifications. I bought a new car and the wagon has to go. I am the 5th owner (can provide a copy of Carfax documenting previous owners). If interested, please PM me for fastest response.
  • Overall, it is in excellent condition:
  • everything functions as it should
  • no leaks
  • Non-smoking
  • Adult-owned by a car and BMW enthusiast (this is my 7th BMW)
  • never tracked
  • Well-maintained
  • No accidents
  • Clear/clean title in hand

Handling is incredible and it makes for a fantastic and versatile daily driver. Ideal starting point for a S54 conversion.

Please read the entire ad. I've included a lot of detail in order to answer the majority of basic questions. I am happy to elaborate for interested parties. Will assist in shipping at buyer's expense.

PPIs are welcome at buyer's expense at a reputable shop within 5 miles of downtown Seattle. That said, I paid for a pre-purchase inspection by Car Tender in Seattle on January 26, 2018. I can provide a copy for those interested. I have priced the car accordingly taking into consideration the current condition of the car including required maintenance. It requires some minor work to make it perfect. Everything that requires attention does not prevent the car from operating safely nor does it affect the overall driving dynamics and performance.
  • Engine: Stock M54b25
  • Exhaust: UUC muffler (sounds sporty but not obnoxious)
  • Transmission: 6-speed manual E46 M3 Getrag + short shifter (unknown but I believe it is UUC)
  • Flywheel/Clutch: BimmerWorld steel single mass flywheel, M3 clutch
  • Differential: Quaife LSD, 3.46:1 final drive
  • Suspension: Bilstein PSS-10 Coilovers, UUC sway bars, M3 front strut bar
  • Brakes: 330Ci front calipers, stainless steel lines
  • Interior: heated leather Corbeau GTII seats, M3 steering wheel, Momo Race Air leather shift knob, OBC, DICE Blutetooth stereo unit + microphone
  • Exterior: bi-xenon self-leveling headlights, complete M-Tech II body kit (front/rear bumpers, side skirts), M3 mirrors, tinted windows, Xpel paint protection film on front end, clear indicator lights all around, body-colored mouldings
  • Wheels: 17" Type 44 dark metallic grey powder coated, extended bullet-nose wheel studs & open lug nuts, mounted with all-season tires. I have a set of 18" BBS RGR wheels with diamond black finish and summer tires for sale separately if interested.

I have full maintenance records going back to 2010. I've owned the car since Sep 2015. Some maintenance history since my ownership:
  • Oil/filter changed every ~7500 miles. Most recent change was Jan 20 2018.
  • New battery Jan 25 2018
  • Car will receive full exterior and interior wash and detail prior to delivery
  • New front and rear brake pads and sensors Jan 2016 at 159,000 miles
  • New brake fluid Feb 2016 at 159,500 miles
  • New engine coils, spark plugs, front driver-side window regulator Jul 2016 at 162,000 miles
  • New radiator, thermostat, intake manifold gasket, entire CCV system, VANOS oil line, valve cover gasket, vacuum hoses Aug 2016 at 162,000 miles (The cooling system was overhauled with a metal Stewart water pump at approx 100K miles)
  • New front Continental DWS tires March 2017 at 166,000
  • New front passenger window regulator and reseal window vapor barriers March 2017 at 169,000 miles

Flaws/Negatives:
  • As per the PPI, the car has a cracked AC belt, front struts are leaking slightly, has cracked rear CV boots, needs RTABs, and new rear axels
  • Some superficial parking door and bumper dings (will provide pics once I am back home)
  • Cloth on A and B pillars is slightly loose (will provide pics once I am back home). I recovered the C pillars with black faux suede. Was going to replace the other pillars but didn't get around to it.
  • Wheels have some curb rash (will provide pics once I am back home)
  • Driver-side front corner light weather strip needs replacing
  • Worn spot on center armrest
  • Passenger SRS warning light is on due to aftermarket seats
