1973 bmw2002 value

I have a 73í inka orange 4speed all original bmw and was wondering what itís value is? It is pretty rough condition with rust issues on body and frame. Engine runs but prob needs a rebuild. Interior is rough but all there. Should I sell it as a parts car or project car? I need to get rid of this thing. I can post pics but was just wondering about a ballpark number. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

Hi Mick
I have been selling off some of the '02 stuff thats been in the yard for a while and have talked to a few new 2002 owners .
One guy paid 800$ for one that was in boxes in storage -it could be OK with a lot of work. Another guy paid 2,000 for a running car that looked OK but - needed lots ofwork.
IMHO - if you love the car - just look for a good home. I had an e21 that I really liked but got rusty and advertised on this site as " Free to good home" - and the guy who got it was really a good guy.
