Aftermarket exhaust

Planning to install a Borla in place of the stock muffler on a 2015 228i (rwd). After the install, the wiring to/from the electronic actuator will remain disconected. Will this generate any error codes or cause any other performance issues?

Hello and welcome to the forum! From the threads I've read, some people have reported that they've left it unplugged and have not seen any issues/codes and others say that something like a jb4 is needed to adjust. Other members will likely jump in and assist. Sorry to not have a more definitive answer.
