New 318iS owner
Hi, and let me introduce myself-
Scott Bradley is the assigned identifier. I've been on Pelicans BBS for a while as a 914 owner under this name "SGB". I owned an E21 320/6 in the eighties when I lived in Germany, but it got crashed shortly after I brought it to the USA. I haven't had a BMW since 1987, but I need somehing fun to drive but cheap. Setled on this 91 318iS. These models have a devout little following. A like simple and ight, and I thik this is pretty close to that...the original ad for the car.... I think it will be a fun car and I'll be needing insight so I hope everyone is ready... Last edited by SGB; 11-20-2005 at 06:59 PM.. |

Scott, welcome to this side of the forum. I think you've chosen a great year and model BMW. They are great drivers, nice to work on and there are lots of suspension mods/upgrades you can do to them for fun. Since you've already got the S, you have the lowered suspension and the LSD diff. Not a bad start.
Keep us informed on what you are doing with the car, we'll be glad to hear about it.
