Aircon Condensation Drain

Hi there, 1988 E30 325i in question here.

Does anyone know how I can access the hose that allows the condensation developed by the airconditioning to drain away?

After running the aircon for a short while water begins to cascade down the footwell. I believe that most likely the pan and drain hose are clogged up with leaves and dirt.

Is there an easy way to fix this? Is it possible to shove a wire from coat hangar or something up the drain hose? If so where can I access the drain hose?
