new to BMW world

hi,

i just recently acquired an E46 M3 ... and i m very much new to the BMW world. (porsche guy here)
i would like to find out what are my options are as far as tuners and who are the local shops that someone can recommend to check out... (in los angeles area , preferably someone in the valley... )

i m not looking for supper charger yet. would like to get a nice muffler and headers set up and suspension...
all of my friends swear by TC Kline and i have also heard of him in a porsche world as well... anyone else?

let me know what you have done and what actually works on the car..
