bmw 323 1998 heater problem

BMW 323 1998 my heaters only work when I'm driving as soon as i slowdown they go cold.
Ive had a new water pump and thermostat and heater control value. can anyone help please? does it have a electric water pump as well?

You have air in the system. You need to bleed it out. Search in the E36 forum called "101 Projects ..."
