I use a heat gun to separate the "glass" from the body, disassemble all the parts and paint.

One of the many mods we do ...

Anyway, Howdy!

My first MINI was a fairly modified 2003 S. The car below is my second MINI.

2009 John Cooper Works Clubman
Modifications include:
Carbon Fiber Hood Scoop
Clubman roof spoiler
Black Jack scuttles
JCW black grill surround
Alta stubby antenna
GMG No Holes Plate
Blacked out belt line
SNDRSKG plate
Black Jack license frame
Tinted windows
Forge Front Mount Intercooler
ALTA BOV Spring Upgrade
ALTA Access Port - Stage 1
John Cooper Work Kit Conical Intake
Madness JCW Intake Filter
NM Torque Arm Insert
ALTA 22mm Rear Sway Bar
ALTA Rear End Links
Continental Extreme Contact DWS - 215/45-17 on 17" (Winter Wheels)
John Cooper Works R105 18" summer wheels with 5mm spacers to clear the BBK on Hankook V12s.

As it sits the car is putting down 205hp/235tq at the wheels.

Next upgrade is to a set of coil overs that have been on back order for months.

The JCW Cooper S supercharger upgrade consisted of the following components and resulted in 200hp. The kit could be ordered as an aftermarket option but was only installed at the dealer:

- Uprated cylinder head, gas-flowed and ported

- Uprated supercharger, faster-spinning

- Uprated air intake system and air filter

- Uprated spark plugs

- Uprated exhaust system

- Remapped ECU

- Decorative badges, individually-numbered engine plate and certificate signed by Mike Cooper

- 0-60 in 6.3 sec

So nothing was done to the supercharger internally?

My understanding is that the supercharger *might* have some special coating on the scrolls but I am not sure of this.

There's no difference internally. Some of the early SC's had the coating, but this was on both the JCW and Cooper S.

I just thought you might have done some porting or something.

The only thing thats different is the pulley diameter.
