Sebimoto Rear Hugger Install / Pics?

Does anybody know how the Sebimoto rear hugger is supposed to install? I got one from an eBay seller...appears to be in good shape, but there's no mounting hardware (nor any holes in the part, or anything apparent in the mounting location on the bike).

I tried to contact the manufacturer through their website, but not sure their "Ask A Question" form works correctly.

Double stick tape it to your swing arm? Maybe silicon instead? Could drill holes & add zip ties. Not the best design I've seen.

If I don't hear of a better method, I was thinking I'd make up a plastic lip (3D print) to go on the front of the swingarm, with a slot for that tab, and maybe JB-weld a couple of bolts to the drive-shaft cover, with matching holes in the hugger and acorn nuts on top.

But maybe you're right, I could just use some RTV to glue the thing to the drive-shaft cover, with some sort of slot thing to hold the front tab and keep it from flopping around. I don't really mind permanent mods to the bike, but I'd at least like to be able to take the hugger off without destroying it if I need to work on the shaft or something (what are the odds? ;-) )

Looks like it sits over swingarm somehow.

I know you are asking for instructions here, but if I may suggest unloading the sebimoto hugger onto someone else and using the money towards Ilmberger... Easier to install and the latest generation was reinforced...

In case the bike isn't completely new and span and the chainguard must be evacuated then douse the holding fasteners/screws with hostile to seize spray and leave for some time before endeavoring to fix them. Continuously utilize the right measured screwdriver or attachment to fix the clasp – bitten latches are as large an issue to evacuate as fasteners that have sheared off.

This 3M double sided tape works really good.

I ended up using 3M Dual Lock velcro-like tape. Pretty clean installation, sticking securely so far. (You can see all the leaf crap that gets kicked up this time of year...there's so much of it, the bike smells like a campfire when you get back from a ride!)

Dude. You got your answer above. You are messing around with this stupid tape when all you had to do was douse the holding fasteners with some hostile.... duh.

Some people....
