Question about wiring up my BMW R1100S
I'm currently working on re-installing the wiring on my 2001 BMW R1100S and can't seem to find the mate for this plug. I looked at the wiring diagram in my manual and this plug is for the front brake light indicator as the wire originates at the right-hand brake lever. According to this diagram, it appears to connect up to the fuse box, but I'm not seeing where this would be.
Also the white connector shown in the photo, connects to the fairing so that's not it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks Norman ![]() |

On my 2001 Lite the connector is blue but looks the same, IF this is right, it's plugged into the first 2-pin position just inside the relay box you have it sitting on, towards the outside of the box...hope this helps....

Have you looked back under the fuel tank for a connection? The schematic shows leads from the fuse box so it does not plug into the fuse box directly.

White goes to the turn signal. Should one on each side. You have a plug going somewhere to the horn?
