saw a red S in richmond saturday evening
while i was down visiting family and friends this weekend, heading back to chesterfield, we passed a red S. anyone on the list? they were soon followed by someone on a K75(?) i know richmond has increased it's S ranks much like nova/dc/md have over the past couple years.
