I can't ping that address and when I click on the FTP link I get a "Windows cannot access this folder.....The server name or address could not be resolved".
I tried both from my home system and at work. If I run a tracert I get 16 hops to 67.83.230.173 before it times out. Any ideas? Sure would be nice to have a copy of this catalogue |

I have been trying to download it for a while without sucess. I keep getting timed out. Does your FTP server support the reget command? This command allows you to pick up where you left off. Turning this feature on save you a lot on terminated downloads.
BTW so I don't forget. Thank you for doing this. It is very much appreciated.

Thanks Joe, Fantastic!
One question, are the parts CD's the ETK.nrg and TIS.nrg files? Just checking before I download as even with a T1 line they will take the better part of a day. We have a lot of activity on our line so the speed is not what it could be. Thanks in advance, John

Joe, Your FTP server does correctly support reget. I just verified this. A good client will use this to pick up at the end of a file.

I think you need both disc for the program to run but I could be wrong. It would save a lot of downloading if you don't need the TIS disc............Try it let us know.

Thanks Joe,
I'm going to download from home tonight as I have pretty good bandwidth there. My initial download spiked an alarm in the IT department. They slapped my wrist and told me to use my cable modem at home ![]() -john

![]() All the MC-stuff is in the ETK.nrg so it should be ok to only download this file (+ the SETUP folder), and jump to no 10. in the "BMW parts disc setup.JPG". Should be ok, but no guarantees of course ![]() You should really download this stuff, it's looking great just the glimpse of it i have seen so far! ![]()

I just bought the 5 pack CD from a guy on a BMW site and installed the ETK this weekend. Total was $40.Comes with a separate program to run it. The other disks are mostly for cars, but the bike parts stuff is great! Have not tried to make a "back up copy" yet. Seems like a good thing to "loan out" to friends???
