Question Lennie's Cam Sprocket Replacement

Hi lads,
Been reading with interest the above subject, & especially the superb post by pdonnell. I've ordered a set of sprockets from my local distributor in the UK but suddenly had a thought - not being that mechanically minded. When the new sprockets have been installed will I have to compensate the inlet/outlet valve tappet settings or are they kept the same. Also when I adjust the settings do I still line up the TDC mark on the flywheel though the small inspection hole.

I''ve been running 9 degree sprockets for about a year now. The valve clearances do not change, as you are only changigng the timing, not the lift or duration. I tried adjustments on the hall sensor, going in 0.5 degree increments from 5 degrees to full advance, and putr it back to the original 6 degrees, which gave the bestall round performance.
