Ugly? That looks pretty snappy to me! But of course it doesn't have the twin spark, Laser exhaust and Spiegler SS lines and that poser Blue and White paint scheme!!!!!

I'm just glad to see someone make a turbo fit.................but it looks like you need to do a lot of compromising.

Did you notice the big oil cooler or no tail exit exhaust or the custom rear subframe..............that's most likley why they had to make their own bodywork.

It looks to me like it doesn't have an exhaust at all.. the turbo plumbung is behind the engine and then it vents straight to air infront of the rear tyre.
Me thinks that this would be LOUD.

AdamZ,

What type of turbo do they use? I don't speak Euro so 155ps is how much in horsepower? It appears to have an intercooler...sweet. The rear exhaust & tubo supply pipe by the left peg looks like melted boot city! Oh well to be a hero.

My Buell dyno'd out at 125 Hp at over 15 pounds boost on Sunoco Purple (115 octane) race gas. Too bad the tranny was so agricultural, it couldn't ET at the drags, but the 5th gear roll ons were great. This looks better!

Later, BB

It looks to me like the turbo exhausts right in front of the rear wheel too. The turbo appears to be buried right about where the airbox normally lives.

I think they could have fashioned some kind of underseat exhaust instead of running the exhaust just straight down and also kept the whole rear subframe. It looks like the whole turbo arrangement lives inside the area defined by the carrier, so I don't know why they ditched the bodywork and everything unless it was to save weight.

Me likey. Its got Ohlins, and those great looking rearsets. I'd lose the fairing and front fender and go all the way streetfigher.

The page says the tank, fairing and seat are all aluminum. Doubtlessly handfabbed. Which begs the question: Why paint it? Give it a high polish, anodize clear and then powdercoat clear, ala V-rod. That would definitley give it the Cafe Racer edge.
