LED tail light
I've got the clear alternatives clear lense and LED tail light now and while riding behind on a friends bike last night I noticed that the LED light was flickering a little over bumps. When I installed it I noticed that the light was not a super tight fit and since the LED head on it is so big it definitely moves up and down and bounces around over bumps. Anyone have a solution? Like shimming the base or something? Thanks.

Maybe a single wrap of electrician's tape around the body of the bayonet housing to tighten it up. That might even bee too much material. If so, try cutting a small strip of white paper and wrapping that around the body. Just something to make the bulb base "fatter".
Electrical continuity might be questionable with tape or paper, but you could also use a strip of aluminum foil. That would be non-corroding as well.

Just put in a *Red* bulb.
There, now that's better - you can now be seen in the daytime.... jeff LED's are cool, but invisible...
