what size did you send your pics up at?
500 wide pixels?, 400?

Rapid, looks like 800x600

edit: If you right click on it, then go to Properties it will give you that information.

Yikes!

I am still having problems uploading pics - after selecting my pic of choice, I press the 'UPLOAD" button, wait for a few minutes, to be told "CAN NOT FIND SERVER"

What the #@%* is going on here. Thanks for your help in solving this problem

Trevor, I hate to say it but the picture size might be the issue. I had to resize twice to get it to an acceptable range. The "can't find server" message may be an incorrect error message.
