Rapid, I won't be able to make the ride tomorrow with you guys. Sounds like an awesome loop. You all have a good safe ride and I'll try to catch the next one.
BTW, did you ever give directions to your house, or are you meeting some place else?

Hey Randy, Brad, Pete...
None of my business since I can't go, but don't we need a new thread here? The only reason I say this is because I don't want any of us to get confused. Why you ask. Because there's going to be video. I know it. I can feel it in my bones. Front fender is off the bike and in the shop for repairs (post and pictures to follow) or I would have been there in a heartbeat. Haven't been on the crest for about twelve years so it would be like brand new to me. I've been corrupted by some people on this board and now I want moredamit, more! Yaw'll ride fast and safe alright! Bing

Jeff,
Both of our bikes probable need IV's right about now. I don't get to take that trip down south until Monday or Tuesday. Mine just sitting there without a front fender and it looks pretty sad. The trip this week should perk her right back I'm thinking though...:-) Bing

Brad, et al-
Sorry I wasn't able to make this ride - hope it was safe and fun. My front tire is a bit bald on the left side from last week's ride up the coast and some of those canyons have sand. Will replace this week and be back in action... |

Brad,
The video you took of Mid-Cal #2 is outstanding! It is a terrific reminder of a very special day. All S riders should see it. I feel fortunate that I got to see you do your thing a few times, as you shot past. I wish I could have seen the action up front. I have a different perspective now, with greater awareness, and I know my riding is safer, and faster for the experience. Thanks for keeping me "swept up" through the day, as well. My old brain was scrambled for a couple of days, buzzing on the trip. You guys are tough! "Brad South on Hwy 1" was superb as well, with the engine sounds and all. I learned so much, just watching the video. Damn, you're a good rider! Waay smoooth. Thanks again, Jerry M
