come on guys.......
that's nothing but a full thickness rectal prolapse. occurs in people with chronic constipation, can occur in abusive (large object) anal sex as the pelvic floor weakens (read: fisting, bats, etc), or in women with a weak pelvic floor. also requires a degree of extra sigmoid colon.... more common in women in their older years, and also associated in males & females with the use of psych meds...
