OT Interesting article on Landstuhl Regional Medical Center
I am glad I am not a surgeon. Interesting opinions by military docs regarding the war in Iraq.

Okay, got it open in Firefox.
Casualties are always the saddest part of war, no matter which side sustained the injuries. Kids are the worst of all. I would like to point out that if the rest of the World (through the useless UN) had gotten off their collective asses and run Saddam out after the first Gulf War there might not be something like a million dead Iraqi citizens in unmarked mass graves. Just my little observation. Americans are maimed and die trying to put an end to that sort of thing, and Americans are hated by everyone. I don't understand the math.
