Wink Battery Tender adapter

Anyone have a part # for the Battery Tender adapter to plug into the socket on the bike to charge the battery? My dealer only has the plug with out the wire to plug right into the battery tender. I know there is a BMW part # with the wire on plug. any help would be great

thanks
mark

I believe the one you want is the Basic PowerLet plug with screw terminals.

I bought mine from BMW of Santa Cruz. The part number was 72 60 1 470 290. I don't know if this number is a BMW or a Santa Cruz BMW internal part number. You can order from their web site here: http://www.bmwscruz.com/SHOP/BMW/index.html

Good luck,
David

You can use the BMW plug and strip the tender lead off, combine the two and just plug in like you would a vest.

I got that info from someone here and it works great. Like jduke said, the bmw plug comes apart with a screw so you just screw it back together after you connect the leads.

I bought one from these guys and it has worked fine. They've got a lot of cool little gadgets.
