Transporting a transponder

I have one of those transponders in the car that is used for highway tolls and bridges. Is there any problem if I take it with me on the bike? Is Big Brother watching and waiting to nab me for double dealing or something?

You can use that tag in any comparable vehicle--in other words, don't use your car tag in a double-axle truck. I got a seperate tag for my motorcycle. Sometimes bikes are charged less than cars so don't cheat your self either. I keep the bike tag in the clear map section of my tankbag--usually gets read there unless I go too fast thru the toll.

EZ-Pass here in Jersey/NY has a separate pass for MCs. You pay a cheaper rate for using it as well. You need to log each License Plate on your account, but you (should be able to) use any MC one for any MC and any car one for any car.
