Rear Brake Dragging

Hello,

I just installed the Suburban Machinery peg lowering kit and my rear brake is now dragging. I adjusted the brake lever position but that didn't do anything. Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do to fix it?

Problem solved. It really wasn't a problem after all. Since the bike is new to me (a month old), I decided to pull the rear caliper to see how freely the rear wheel should turn. To my surprise, it turned the same as it had with the caliper on. So, I guess the wheel doesn't ever turn as freely as I thought it would. I put the caliper back on, actuated the brake a few times and the wheel turned just as "freely" as it had with the caliper removed.

Shaft drive has considerably more friction loss than chain, I think the trans layout adds also.
