Key off-helmet off. I guess I'm never in that big a hurry to get going.
This isn't a big city vs small town thing is it? Jim |
At least he wasn't wearing a helmet!

He didn't stay long and he didn't order anything, Police Chief Mike Lashbrook said.
Lashbrook said he doesn't believed Kout intended to rob the restaurant. He wasn't armed, the chief said. "I'm not sure what he would rob it with," he said. Are these people for real? My sides are killing me!!! Back to the thread; Working behind a counter is bad enough without some dork walking in and scaring them by wearing a full face helmet. Save the intimidation for the jerks out on the road pretending to be drivers. http://www.pelicanparts.com/support/smileys/wat6.gif |
True story: I walked up to a drive-through Burker King window once. I simply didn't want to go inside just to get a quick burger while walking somewhere.
Man, they went nuts! Until I decided to mellow 'em out with some power-revving V-8 noises... ...and then they took my loot, and gave me my Whopper. We have no helmet law here, but I take mine off whenever I use my debit card inside. I think that should be the rule- but then, I DO think they should bother to check my ID, too! Otherwise (i.e. paying cash), then no- but then, I dunno... how would you guys feel about someone wearing a ski-mask in the store while you were buying your candy bar? |
If I get off the bike I take the keys and helmut off
and its not a splash and dash Since the heat makes it worth it to enjoy even 5 seconds of AC its 107 here today |
