a visitor is now a member
Hello everyone. I have been monitoring the site for about a month and decided to jump in. Owned first BMW back in '87 (K75S) , sold it for racer-replicas but now I'm back. Got a great deal on a new 2004 R1100s but certainly lovin' the idea of the R1200s. I think I know why I got such a deal now!! I appreciate all the ideas, advice and technical info thats made available on this site.

Welcome. There's a lot of knowledge here, but a lot of strong personalities that come with it.
Not that there's anything wrong with that!!

Well thanks for the welcome. And.... I am well aware that we have no problem speaking our minds about the bikes that we owned/own/want to own. The "musicianship" refers to doublebass playing that I struggle to master. Anyway,my new R1100s has only 1200 miles on it and I think I may be coming down with a case of R1200s greed.
