Got it. I wasn't sure which motor project was which. I'd think you'd be fine with that low mileage clutch assy on the intended stock config

The internal transmission slave rod seal.......................how difficult and if not leaking on the 19k tranny should I leave it or do it now?

That's a tougher call.
Most leaks I've seen or heard of were the trans input seal, just like on old airheads. But if it leaks 10 from now, you'll kick yourself.
I still dont have enough aging oilhead experience to say for sure.
Maybe P.M. Bobby to ask a mech at his place? I know 2 of the top 3 mechs at the local dealership very well (both have worked for me in the past) and the top guy fairly well. Unlike a lot of common problems, this one has never come up in conversation with them.

It's 19k miles old, but how many years old?
