Who had the red S at Laguna Seca with the blinking brake lights?

If you are here, why don't you share how you did that, "I'm stopping, damn it" blinking tail lights.
I ran to try to stop you and ask but you were already movin to fast.

I think that you are looking for me. My girlfriend was with me every day, so if the motorcycle had two people on it (with black and silver Areostich) that was us. The blinking brake lights are separate LED's that mount inside the tail light reflector area. They are availible from H+R Enterprises at http://www.mgaccess.com They are easy to install and as you observed, draws attention to the fact that you are braking. Hope this helps. Harold

Yes, it was you. Two people wearing matching clothing in the color you discribed.
Nice bike!
To bad I couldn't catch you as you drove away.
Thanks,
David

In the instructions that come with the Hyperlights, it tells how to mount them behind the tail light lens. Just a little dis-assembly required. Harold

I have hyper lights installed on my S. It just happens that the guy that used to own hyper lights is a local club member. Mine were the first he/me installed. It is not difficult but if you have saddle bag mounts they have to come off on both sides. Also if you are screamish about drilling holes in the reflector part of the brake light assemply then get some help. The holes are to run wires. You have to get all the body work off the back to get to the connections on the brake light. Mine have been in for well over a year now.

Look here: www.hal.varese.it\~alexb
I mounted them outside lens for greater visibility (mine hyperlites were installed on a KRS, then I upgraded :-).
They are slightly modified, they stay on always and blink when braking. I just used a double side adhesive tape to glue them.

Ciao.
