ok here is what I started with.

I used the metro base and modified it,(see pictures below).
Brad has a nice small bag.
But I went with the bigger because I prefer it to luggage.
If I want to take just a small amount I use my small bmw,(product endorcement), backpack.
I feel my system works better for humping it thru the back roads.

ps the metro base was a to wide for me because it covered the motorrad decals next to the blue on the tank.
