Hotels in Europe are generally very receptive to motorcycle tourists. Every one I have ever stayed at, whether with a reservation or just rolling up to the door, has been very accommodating, especially with providing secure parking for bikes. In Europe all motorcyclists are not automatically assumed to be Hell's Angels.
