I fixed the wheel problem, I need a new one
 
I took a second look today and saw that my new wheel won't fit with my abs ring on it. Does anyone have a spare front wheel for abs lying around that they dont need. It is finally starting to get warm here and I would like to get the bike put back together soon. Thanks for your help.

Maybe there is another option, if I used the newer ABS ring (the thinner one) would it still work on my old system. My bike is a 99. Let me know what you guys think.

Very unlikely, but it would be interesting to get the dimensions.
