Searching for Bellypan

I'm searching for a full length unpainted bellypan for my 2001 R1100S - one that will allow for continued use of the centrestand.

Any suggestions?

au contraire, I have the OEM BMW part, 4 pieces, CF and spendy and MY centerstand works with it just fine. It's an early one, NOT the BCR piece...

and it is not the full-length bellypan as requested.

There's this one. again, no centerstand, but it's considerably cheaper than the factory bit. Basically you can't have it both ways; if you want the Boxer Cup style belly pan, say good bye to the center stand. personally i'd ditch the centerstand- it lowers ground clearance & get a pair of track stands instead (which i did ).
my
cheers,
Lance

Do you plan to use your bike for track-racing or street-riding?

Most of the horror story I see here (via searches) is that many belly pan get dinged by little rocks or street pieces when guys go for street-riding. However, if you plan to use the bike for track-racing, the tracks are free of anything that might ding your belly pan.

Something to think about.

the bellypan is going to see wear no matter on the track or street. in fact some people drag the pan through corners on the track. so just dont espect it to stay mint once it hits the road or track.

I would assume that since he still wants full use of the centerstand, his intention is for the street.

Street vs. Track

I use my bike pretty much exclusively for street riding. I found this one:

Anyone have this one installed?

I will be installing mine tomorrow after my oil change. Maybe I could put on some 3M to save it from dings? I will also be losing the center stand.

I bought mine here for $400 and it cost me $200 to paint it. Mine is made out of f-glass. I wonder why it didn't come with the bike in the first place?
