Tomberlin Madass

this is is pretty cool looking. stopped into a new KTM and chopper shop out in the boonies on a nice ride. they had this thing on the floor in flat black. i wanted to strap it on the back of the S and take it home. it had a sachs engine in it. only 2hp...

Saw one at the local everyJapBike dealer. It was very cool. The headlights were really wacky. I think we'll be seeing more of these groovy, cheapo things as gas prices go up. The more trendy and outlandish the more they'll appeal to the 16 yr old set. It'll be fun to watch.

appears they are in the $2000 range and there may be a 110 version too.

At intermot about 2 years ago, there were 2 or 3 variations on a _very_ similar looking group of bikes from Sachs. Parked right next to the beast. One was outfitted to work like a Ruckus.

Repoe, Knowing how much you like horsepower, I suggest going for the Suzuki Minibike instead.

Half mountain bike...Half scooter....probably fun as hell.

I wonder how heavy it is. Would let you carry it on the subway? Probably not, because of the gas.

If I lived in Manhattan, it might be all you'd ever need.

...old news for us..., this Madass thing is sold as a Sachs Madass overhere. The 50cc is a moped (we call it 'brommer'), and you are allowed to ride the thing from your 16th birthday, with a max. speed of 40 km/h (25 mp/h)...
