I believe it is an overhead view, much like the 270 degree curve sign above it. I think it is to be interpreted as 'High side ahead!'

I was on the BRP during the last week of September. Every time a buddy of mine would see those signs he would enter the curve with his arms up and legs out, just like the picture. It still brings a smile just thinking about it.
