...just a suggestion, consider the printing cost vs. the amount of colors and gradients in the design.
Depending on who's printing the shirt, gradients cost more the just spot color....also the size vs. detail is important when reproducing your art faithfully...the detail on the chopper would be very difficult and possibly cost some art-time.
Just my 2sense... I was in the biz for some time.

Randy, the new direct-to-garment printers take the color/detail issue out of the equation... even when printing on dark shirts, as most of them print very capable white these days...

Yes you are right, I have not separated out the images borders or the colors yet. Just trying to get an Idea of the layout.

Basic structure and content.

Then I will reduce or enhance, details, colors etc. setup the masks blah blah. Just want to get some feed back on the content, shape etc...

nope.
sorry, i slapped that thing together in about 5 minutes, then tossed all the elements as soon as it was done.
my bad.
it can be scanned, blown up and attacked with some software like Pixel Ninja, but i still don't think it's gonna get a whole bunch better.
it's the size it is. no amount of rubbing/sweet-talking or pillow promises are going to make it bigger.
