Front Fender

Having just painted my new belly pan I want to keep it looking like new as long as possible. Is there a way to extend the stocker lower or has anyone used a different front fender? I'm probably going to apply some type of clear film on the front of it to help.

Do a google web search for "extenda fenda bmw". There are a number of products out there to do the task you requested. Some you have to drill, but there are some out there that just use 3M double sided tape.

Here's the poor mans BMW Solution. It's longer than a Fenda Extenda too. R1100RS Front Wheel Mudguard/Rear. BMW P/N: 46-61-2-313-732. Cost was $20.43. The front of my engine stays mostly clean. I used J-B Weld and it's held just fine for 21K Miles. Just be sure to rough up the mating surfaces before hand.

Now THAT'S what I'm talking about! So it's just the rear portion of the RS fender attatched to the S fender? Cool. Thanks.

belly pan

Why not us some stone guard on the belly pan? Then it wont screw up the look of the original fender.

Today I installed some clear Venture Shield on the front of the belly pan. Looks, invisible! I know that's going to help. After two rides without the protection I had a couple of chips that I had to repair before I installed it. I'm going to install it on my fairing sides and the tank covering.
