MotoGP on CBS Sunday

Not on Speed this weekend. West coast at 10:30am.

Rossi on pole. That is all...

Thanks for the update, Steve-o-rini. Will set my VCR for the race whilst I ride the BCR for the last time. My new F800S in Lahar Gray just arrived. Looks good in the darkish gray. Will make the trade next week and be off with the new toy.

You got an R1200S? I think I saw that somewhere in here. I want one too but the 800S will suffice for now.

Later,
M

Glad you posted this Steve. I wondered why speed didn't have it listed.

Note this will be true of at least 2 more rounds, so when you don't see it on speed, go check cbs sports

It'll be interesting to see what kind of job CBS does covering these races. Sure am glad to see more interest from the US media towards MotoGP.

Steve, thanks for the info, looking forward to watching today instead of riding. CBS will probably do a fine job.

BMW Roundel

Thanks for the heads up, Steve. That was the first Motogp race I got to see this season as Speed TV is not available in our area. As always, great racing. This Stoner kid is a great addition to the sport.

...the whole gig between Stoner, Rossi and Pedrosa was AWESOME....
Talk about aggressive riding styles...
Yeah, thank you Steve... I would not have stumbled upon it if you would have not pointed it out...

On the other channel, F! was equally WOWing... lots of crashing and stumbling and fumbling by Alonso made it very interesting there as well...

I was out mowing the grass and my wife called me in to watch it...

( saw your post after the race steve, as I have been busy with life and not checking the threads as much) Great racing... I figured it was some, old race being re televised when I saw what channel it was on... I thought they did a decent job, with plenty of on board footage.
great action from the front runners and Hopkins did a good job too.

Stoner did, after a nice battle between him and Rossi... Rossi kept passing and Stoner wouldn't have it... it was awesome

can you imagine what casey stoner is feeling about now?
talk about being on a rush that never ends...battling the best that's ever been and holding your own.....and winning.
As has been said, let's forget about 'oh, the Ducati's so fast'..and realize just how an incredible special ride that kid's been putting in...I mean, c'mon, he beat Val, no mater how, that's pretty hard to do, dontcha think?
I swear, if Ducati wins MotoGP, I'm buying an ST4S...

for the most part, the coverage will be the same. CBS and Speed both use the same production crews for their events. in most cases, even the color commentators are identical.

that dang chet burke is getting richer by the week!

I kinda of chuckled watching and listening to the commentators. They could use some practice reading off those teleprompters.

I thought the readers were just as good as the filler and tired cliches that we normally get via Speed. It was good that Kevin was there. Much better than the Dorna windbags.

Sorry I missed it, sounded like a hecka of a battle. That little Stoner sure is cementing his place in MotoGP.
