What kind of motor oil should I use?

Just kidding!

I'm glad to report that your search button is functioning flawlessly!

Just wanted to introduce myself, I'm new to the oilhead scene, just got my R1100S this past Saturday, 6/9. Nice forum you guys got here. I mostly postwhore over at www.bayarearidersforum.com but I'll gladly add this place to my rotation

Cheers!

Can you say "U-Mall Starbucks R1100S Meet" ? hahaha

Heard of www.530riders.com ? It's a Davis forum..mostly students, even some *gasp* girls!..who ride..without crashing..sometimes!

Local forums work better for organizing group rides, so feel free to look it up. We're planning a 4-500 mile day trip up to Lassen National Park next Tuesday

I hadn't seen that forum, thanks for the link.

I'm no stranger to long rides. 1000 miles in a weekend usually feels about right. Unfortunately I'm generally expected to be at work M-F at the UCD lab where I work. I've blown a smoking crater in my vacation time savings account with planned summer trips so I have to ration the days remaining or I'd probably be lusting to join your group. Responsibility sucks sometimes.

The fact that you're asking about motor oil shows that you are missing the heart of the matter here, which is tire pressure and spark plugs! Please proceed back to the entrance and try again.

Oops!

Better make that the transmission plug tool.

Hey Miran... FC Bayern München gives you negative points!!!

Just because the ride we bragg about comes from the Weisswurst Capitol of the world, does not mean everything else from there is worth debating as well

I'm pretty sure our bikes are made in Berlin, not Munich

But yeah, now that we have Klose, Luca Toni, and Ribbery, if we can buy a couple more younger guys, FC Bayern will come back strong next year, depending on how well Hitzfeld does his job. Die Roten will bounce back.

...LOL, yeah... I just wonder what the slight oversight of strengthening the defense (or better. lack thereof) will do to them!?

The Klose-Deal is not done yet... as it stands, it will be 2008... unless FCB and Werder can get to an agreement... should be an interesting season again!

Unfortunately my home team only lasted one season after it took them 34 years to get into the 1st league... SIGH! But then, they've beaten Bayer when it counted the past three times... all I say is DFB Pokal!!!
