I guess i'm on the a... still green side of the age scale here at 33. But already old enough to realize how much I can NOT do anymore. I lifted a lot of weights when I was younger, and was a division 1 athlete, so it is especially depressing to know that my prime is long gone. Right now, it is about eating as healthy as possible, and practicing Aikido three times a week to stay active. 5'9" about 190, probably 10-15 too heavy.
any person that runs marathons has my respect. I hate running.

Arnold said once "Work is just that, work. Working out is working out."
Or something like that. In other words, feeling fit because you do the same repetitive tasks in a work environment is not the same as planning and following through with a comprehensive full body workout on a routine basis.

yeah, just had a nice freshed baked cookie from the hotel lobby...dang it. the heat and humidity were draining today at the track. wasnt doing to bad out there, while lap times are moe consistent, barring traffic, not seeing 1:19 and lower ofter, mainly 1:20-1:22. i can definitely say dragon supercorsa tire stick really well. lots of feedback, good trail braking characteristics and the rear only slides when i really drop a ahrd shift. seems to overwhlem the pneumatic slipper clutch on the tuono.

44, fit, indoor climbing twice a week, outdoor climbing about every month. I hate running but I do use the good old cross trainer every once in a while...
