I may be wrong but when you click on the little mountain icon to load a picture it is asking for the URL of the image. You may not be able to upload directly anymore, but I'm not sure.
You can set up a free account at http://www.onfinite.com however, then link to that picture. You will also achieve higher quality that way.

The USDesmo site went to this to stem the virus loader/hackers. All you have to do is establish your on website like myspace.com and post your pics there. The you justcopy the URL and paste it where you would browse for the file under the old program.

Most ISP's offer a bit of space on their servers for your personal homepage. Upload your pics there, and link to them in your posts. Quick, easy and no need to sign up for anything.

Just found the upload image link in the "Post Reply" screen. Or get a free account at photobucket.com and you can put host images wider than 800 pixels and larger than 97K without problems (don't know if that's still a problem). You can also host animated gifs...

I see what's been happening with the photo upload. The message at the bottom of the Go Advanced box that states "Click here to upload a photo..." has intermittantly been appearing and disappearing. Must be due to the ongoing upgrade right now.
So Flatbutt, you can upload pictures.
